- Pont del carrer Bisbe.
Cuenta la leyenda que si caminas de espaldas mientras le guiñas un ojo a la calavera esculpida debajo de este misterioso puente, te espera un período de buena suerte. Aunque no te creas esta leyenda, sin duda, es un lugar ideal para una fotografía muy típica.
- El Mural del Beso.
En 2014 se inaugura este increíble fotomosaico de la mano de Joan Fontcuberta, compuesto por un total de 4.000 azulejos de cerámica que conforman la imagen de dos labios besándose. Cada uno de estos azulejos es una imagen enviada de forma voluntaria por los lectores de El Periódico de Catalunya, bajo el tema “libertad”.
- La Casa Roja en Calle Padua
Obra del arquitecto Jeroni Granell, esta preciosa casa modernista, con sus vivos colores magenta en la fachada, está situada en el barrio del Putxet y es ideal para hacer una fotografía bucólica. Sus espectaculares vitrales sirvieron de inspiración para el Palau de la Música Catalana y el Hospital de Sant Pau. Uno de sus detalles más preciados es el esgrafiado sinuoso con forma de plantas enredaderas, que consiguen darle un aire de jardín persa.
- Miradores: Tibidabo, búnkers, Montjuic
Sea desde lo alto del Tibidabo o de Montjuïc, la panorámica de Barcelona es espectacular. Pero ninguna tan espectacular como desde los búnkeres del Carmel (un vestigio de la guerra civil), situados en la cima del Turó de la Rovira. Ofrece una vista privilegiada del conjunto de la ciudad y que permite apreciar cómo está estructurada en diferentes barrios: desde la densidad y opacidad del casco antiguo hasta la perfecta simetría del Eixample y la sinuosidad del Carmel. Ideal acudir al amanecer o al atardecer, mirando hacia el mar, y saltando para conseguir una imagen en la que parecerá que estás volando sobre toda Barcelona.
- Plaza Milans
He aquí otra localización atractiva para los ‘instagrammers’. La plaza de Milans se encuentra en la parte baja del BARRI GÓTIC, es muy pequeña y redonda pero, al alzar la vista, ofrece un encuadre muy singular. Se ha convertido en un lugar muy preciado para los amantes de la fotografía. La circunferencia, que mide 9 metros de diámetro, hace que el cielo esté enclavado dentro de la perfecta circularidad de la plaza.
- Casa de las Plantas del Born
En el barrio del BORN se encuentra uno de los rincones más bonitos de la ciudad. Los vecinos del edificio número 12 acumulan más de 60 macetas llenas de flores a lo largo de su fachada.
- Mural Balcones de Barcelona (plaça Pablo Neruda)
Fue creado en 1992 por el grupo francés Cité de la Création para la famosa campaña ‘Barcelona ponte guapa’, cuando la ciudad, aprovechando los Juegos Olímpicos se dio a conocer mundialmente. El mural utiliza un efecto trampantojo y hasta 26 personajes relacionados con la ciudad, Gaudí, Picasso, Carmen Amaya, Joan Miró, Mercé Rodoreda o Cristobal Colón, asoman a los balcones.
- Plaza Felip Neri
En el corazón del Barri Gòtic se esconde esta pintoresca plaza, que debe su nombre a la iglesia que preside la plaza. Se erigió sobre el antiguo cementerio medieval de Montjuïc del Bisbe, destruido durante la Guerra Civil. Entre semana esta plaza se utiliza de patio de colegio para el colegio que hay al lado, la plaza la cierran en las horas del recreo y la utilizan los niños para su descanso.
- Jardín Botánico
Un espacio muy buscado para los amantes de Instagram por su densa y bella vegetación, sus maravillosas vistas y las posibilidades que ofrece para tomar fotos espectaculares. Acoge, en un espacio de 14 hectáreas, más de 1.300 especies vegetales de distintas zonas del mundo con clima mediterráneo. Situado en una suave pendiente de la montaña de Montjuic, el espacio se encuentra en un constante dinamismo.
- Casa Vicens
Otra obra maestra de Antoni Gaudí,construida entre 1883 y 1885, fruto de un encargo de la familia Vicens, que buscaba una casa de veraneo. El 2005 fue declarada Patrimonio Mundial por la UNESCO.
Lo que más destaca de esta construcción es su singular arquitectura y los vistosos colores de la fachada, llena de colores y texturas, hechas de azulejos verdes, blancos y rojos, y minúsculos detalles naturalistas en hierro forjado. Ideal sacar las fotos cuando el sol ilumine la fachada completamente, para que los colores brillen al máximo.

The Carrer Bisbe Bridge
The legend states that if you walk backwards while winking at the carved skull beneath this mysterious bridge, a period of good fortune will befall you. Regardless of whether you believe in the legend, it is without doubt an ideal spot for a typical Barcelona photo!
The Wall of the Kiss
Inaugurated in 2014, the incredible photo-mosaic by Joan Fontcuberta is made up of a total of 4000 ceramic tiles which make up the image of two mouths kissing. Every one of the tiles is an image sent in voluntarily by readers of the newspaper “El Periodico de Catalunya” with the theme “liberty”
The Red House in Padua Street
A work by architect Jeroni Granell, this beautiful modernist house, with its brightly coloured façade, is located in the Putxet neighbourhood and is the perfect spot for a photo. The spectacular stained glass served as the inspiration for the Catalan Palace of Music and the Sant Pau Hospital. One of its most precious details is the sinuous artwork in the form of cascading plants, which helps give it the impression of a Persian garden.
Lookouts – Tibidabo, Bunkers, Montjuic.
Whether from the height of Tibidabo or Montjuïc, the panoramic view of Barcelona is spectacular. However, there is none quite as fantastic as that from the Bunkers of Carmel (an old anti-aircraft battery from the Civil War) located at the top of Turo de la Rovira. It provides an awesome view out across the city and allows you to appreciate how the different neighbourhoods are structed: from the density and obscurity of the old town to the perfect symmetry of the Eixample district and the snaking streets of Carmel. Ideal spot for a sunrise or sunset, looking towards the sea, and jumping in the air to give the impression of flying over Barcelona.
Milans Square
Another attractive location for Instagrammers! Milans Square is found in the lower part of the Gothic Quarter, and although it is very small and round, looking up it offers a beautiful frame. It has become an appreciated spot for photography lovers. The circumference, which measures 9m, allows the sky to be perfectly captured in the centre of this circular ‘square’
House of Plants, Born
In the Born neighbourhood, one of the prettiest corners of the city is found. The neighbours of building number 12 have more than 60 plant pots on their balconies, covering the façade of the building.
Balcony Mural of Barcelona (Pablo Neruda square)

Felip Neri Square
In the heart of the Gothic Quarter is hidden this picturesque square, que owes its name to the church overlooking it. It was constructed over an old medieval cemetery which was destroyed during the Civil War. During the week, this square is closed and used as a playground by the school next door, when the children come out to play during their break.
Botanical Garden
A highly sought-after spot by Instagram lovers for its dense and beautiful vegetation, superb views and the opportunities that it has for spectacular photos. In a space of some 14 hectares, more than 1300 species of plants from all corners of the world where there is a similar “Mediterranean” climate. Situated on the slopes of Montjuic, the garden is a place of continual change.
Casa Vicens
A masterpiece by Antoni Gaudí, constructed between 1883 and 1885 for the family Vicens as a summer house. In 2005 it was declared as a site of UNESCO World Heritage.
The most standout feature is its individualistic architecture and the bright colours of the façade, full of different colours and textures, made up of blue, white, and red, and full of minute details of nature in wrought iron. The best moment is when the sun illuminates the entire face of the building, when the colours shine their brightest.
